THE CLAIM, DEFINED PUBLICLY
What we mean by “the world’s first publicly verifiable zero-loss AI cost optimizer.”
We do not ask customers to accept a slogan. We publish the criteria, expose the route evidence and provide tools that let customers challenge the claim with their own provider account and workload.
The ten criteria
VARION uses “publicly verifiable zero-loss” only for a mode that satisfies all criteria below.
2. Prompt content preserved
No prompt rewriting or context deletion occurs in Zero-Loss Cache Mode.
3. Provider preserved
The selected provider remains responsible for the request.
4. Model preserved
VARION does not switch Zero-Loss Cache traffic to a cheaper model.
5. Fresh generation preserved
No stored generated answer or semantic response-cache result is substituted.
6. Provider-native caching
Supported cache metadata may be added; provider-reported cache reads and writes remain visible.
7. Automatic exact fallback
If cache metadata is rejected, VARION retries the complete original provider request without it.
8. Customer-run Proof Lab
Customers can compare direct and VARION calls with their own keys, model and prompt.
9. Downloadable independent verifier
Windows, Python, Node.js, Jupyter and cURL tools reproduce the verification locally.
10. Provider evidence exposed
Prompt hashes, provider/model identity, fresh response IDs and provider usage support the verdict.

Claim methodology: The world-first statement is based on VARION’s review of publicly available competing-product documentation as of 4 August 2026. It is not a claim that no private or undocumented system exists. “Zero-loss” applies only to Zero-Loss Cache Mode. Savings are workload-dependent and not guaranteed.
