Service

Varion provides an AI-provider compatible optimisation proxy that may reduce request tokens and report measured savings. Results vary and savings are not guaranteed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use valid AI-provider credentials, follow applicable law and provider terms, secure their Varion keys and ensure they have authority to process submitted data.

Credits and fees

Customers prepay Varion credits. The standard fee is 20% of measured net savings. One credit represents US$0.01 of Varion fees. AI-provider charges are separate and paid directly by the customer.

No guarantee

Optimisation may not reduce every request and may introduce risk. Varion can use passthrough, but customers remain responsible for testing outputs and operating critical systems safely.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, exact savings or fitness for a specific high-risk purpose.

Governing law

Lithuanian law applies unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.

Varion Technologies is a trading name of Multilingual Talents UAB. Company registration number, VAT number and registered address must be completed in the owner panel before unrestricted public launch.
