Data Processing Addendum

This DPA applies where Varion Technologies processes personal data for a business customer as processor.

Roles

The customer is controller and Multilingual Talents UAB is processor for customer-submitted personal data, except where Varion acts independently for account, billing, security or legal purposes.

Instructions

Varion processes data only to provide, secure and support the service and according to documented customer instructions.

Confidentiality and security

Access is limited, secrets are encrypted, tenant data is separated, and administrative actions are audited. Customers must configure retention and access controls appropriate to their use.

Subprocessors

Infrastructure, payment, email and OpenAI-related providers may act as subprocessors or independent controllers. A current list should be maintained before enterprise contracting.

Incidents

Varion will notify affected business customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed personal-data breach relating to the service.

Deletion and return

On termination, customer data will be deleted or returned subject to backups, legal retention and technical limitations.

Varion Technologies is a trading name of Multilingual Talents UAB. Company registration number, VAT number and registered address must be completed in the owner panel before unrestricted public launch.
