Who controls the data

Multilingual Talents UAB, trading as Varion Technologies, operates Varion Token Engine. Contact: privacy@varion.tech.

Data processed

We process account details, company details, billing records, API usage metadata, security logs and support messages. Normal production logs are designed not to store prompt or generated-answer content. Local tester provider keys remain on the customer’s computer. Test request content is processed transiently by the optimise-only endpoint and is not stored in normal logs.

AI-provider processing

Customers use their own provider accounts. Local testers send provider keys only to the selected provider. Production proxy requests may transmit a temporary upstream key through Varion when the customer uses the per-request header; it is not stored by that endpoint.

Purposes

We process data to provide the service, secure accounts, calculate usage and credits, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.

Retention

Retention settings are configurable. Billing, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained where required.

Rights

Eligible users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by contacting privacy@varion.tech.

International transfers

AI and infrastructure providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable safeguards.

Varion Technologies is a trading name of Multilingual Talents UAB. Company registration number, VAT number and registered address must be completed in the owner panel before unrestricted public launch.
